Does the scar gel include silicone oil?

Our physician-formulated medical-grade silicone scar gel is made in an FDA Registered Facility as a Class 1 Medical Device and has been tested for microbials, proper pH, and is non-porous, (meaning no bacteria should be trapped within it) for safe use on recently closed scar tissue.
