Should I use Arnica in addition to HealFast Recovery?

At this time, the HealFast Medical Team does not recommend taking orally ingested arnica given there is limited clinically-shown efficacy and given orally arnica's propensity to cause liver damage at high dosages.

Per clinical research, there is little to suggest that orally ingested arnica has the proven efficacy to justify the downsides and potential interactions with meds or anesthesia during the peri-operative period.

Please note, that while topically-applied arnica can be used on closed wound areas for bruising given the skin's natural defenses we are uncertain how effective it will be on post-surgery trauma.
